Bookings and prices
Bookings are subject to availability and payment confirmation. Rates, cancellation rules and other applicable conditions are those shown for each offer. Prices include VAT at the statutory rate.
Payment methods
Bookings can be paid by American Express, Visa, Maestro or MasterCard.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, unless the offer states a different period.
Conditions of stay
- The booking holder must be at least 18 years old and stay for the whole booking.
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by the adult booking holder.
- A valid telephone number and email address are required.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
- Foreign guests’ details are reported as required by law and must be provided by check-in.
- Any damage must be reported to the host.
Changes and applicable law
The host may update these terms and conditions. Portuguese law applies and the Portuguese courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
